- How do I maintain and preserve the leather on my BADINAGE bag?
Our bags are true life companions. They are designed to stay by your side and skate elegantly. To clean and maintain your leather bag and extend its life, find ourmaintenance tips in the dedicated section or on the product page of your bag.
- What are the CSR commitments made by BADINAGE?
Respect for know-how, reasoned creation in small series and durability of our products are the pillars of our commitment. The leathers in our bags all come from the food industry. BADINAGE offers a second life to these organic materials considered surplus. We work in strict compliance with European regulations, our tanneries and leathers are certified responsible by the Leather Working Group (LWG). - What payment methods are accepted?
Our site offers several solutions for secure payment. In addition to payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), we offer you the possibility of paying for your order via Paypal and Apple Pay.
- When and how will my BADINAGE order be delivered?
Our bags are shipped safely from France.
Metropolitan France
You can choose between delivery by Colissimo with signature or relay point with Mondial Relais.
Delivery will be made within five working days.
European Union
Your bag will be delivered by international courier within eight business days.
United Kingdom + Switzerland
Your bag will be delivered by international courier within eight business days. Badinage cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

For shipping requests to other countries not listed above, please contact us and we will find the best shipping option for you.
Taxes and Customs
Orders outside the European Union are shipped excluding customs fees paid. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.
- How do I track my BADINAGE order?
As soon as your Badinage bag has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- What are the return conditions?
If your BADINAGE bag does not give you complete satisfaction, you benefit from a return option for all new and unused items. The return of your bag can be made up to 14 days after the date of receipt of your order. This return within 14 days is free for orders placed in mainland France.
