- Avoid exposing your bag to water, direct heat or intense light, as these may alter the color of the leather.
- Avoid contact with cosmetic substances. Never use hydro-alcoholic gel on your bag.
- If wet, dry your bag and its metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.
- The leathers of our women's bags have been treated in our workshop. It is not necessary to waterproof them at the beginning of your life together.
- Store your bag in its soft organic cotton protective pouch, away from dust and moisture.

Delivery to mainland France takes five working days.

For all orders to the EU (outside France), Switzerland and the UK, delivery will be made within 8 working days.

A return is possible within 14 days and is free of charge for orders placed in mainland France.
